CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:

Captain’s discretion, to cancel due to bad weather, early day of Charter

If Captain cancels you must select a new date within 1 year of original

booked date. No worries, safety is our #1 concern, and we will not cruise

with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical storms,

nor imminent heavy rain.

CANCELLATION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.

If the charterer provides written notice of cancellation more than 14 days

prior to departure, the owner will refund 100% of the charter fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.
• All funds will be forfeited to owners as liquidated damages unless another charter is procured for the same date. If charterer elects to leave prior to the end of the charter term, the charterer shall not be entitled to a refund.
