  FROM SINGER ISLAND:  North Ocean Drive to US 1 and turn right.

• Turn left onto Donald Ross Road, Go over the I.C. Bridge past Loggerhead Marina.

• Turn right onto Palmwood Road, AKA Prosperity Farms Rd.

• 1/4 mile gated community, Cypress Island Subdivision, is on your right.

• Show your ID & tell guard you are going to slip 5B (NOT Charles Charters)

• Do an immediate left U turn around the guard house & turn right

• Parking is unassigned and available in front of our yacht, slip 5B

  FROM THE TURNPIKE:  Exit PGA Boulevard turn left (East) onto PGA Blvd.

• Left at Prosperity Farms Road which changes into Palmwood Road when you cross over Donald Ross Road

  CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN DUE TO WEATHER:

• Captain’s discretion, to cancel due to incremental weather, early day of

• If captain cancels you must select another replacement date within 1 year

       of original booked date.No worries, safety is our #1 concern, and we will

       not cruise with small craft advisories, strong wind gusts, fog, electrical

       storms and imminent rain.

 

  CANCELLATION MORE THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.

• If charterer provides written notice of cancellation more than 14 days prior to

       commencement of the charter term, owner will refund 100% of the charter fee.

 

  CANCELLATION LESS THAN TWO WEEKS P.T.D.

• All funds will be forfeited to owners as liquidated damages unless another

       charter is procured for the same date. If charterer elects to leave prior to

       the end of the charter term, the charterer shall not be entitled to a refund.
