Embark at Gardiner’s Marina, 35 Three-Mile Harbor, Hog Creek Rd, E. Hampton, NY
When travelling East look for a marina with boats adjacent to 3 Mile Harbor Road on your left.
Take the next left turn into Gardiner’s Marina.
We are the first yacht on the right & easy to spot with flags flying from bow to stern.
The 50’ Jefferson Motor Yacht Cruiser is titled, “Overseas Office”.
There are plenty of complimentary parking spaces available directly in front of the yacht.
Please wear boat shoes or sneakers with non-marking treads and white soles.
There will be a shoe basket for those wishing to cruise barefoot and fancy-free.
Shoe cover-ups will be in the basket for those more comfortable & steady with shoes.
BOARDING & STAIRS:
Boarding access via the 6-step staircase with wood handle railing.
There are 4 steps down to the salon, 2 down to the head and 4 up to the bridge.
The swim deck ladder has 3 steps to the swim platform.
There are 5 steps from the swim deck to the aft deck.
N.Y. State Law – Life vest must be worn for under 12 years age when underway,
but can be removed in the enclosed salon or at anchor.
Service Dogs are welcome but must wear a properly fitted life vest with handles.
If you are a non-swimmer or not confident in staying afloat, please tell the Captain.
Safety aboard is our priority along with ensuring a great, memorable experience.
USE OF FRONT STATEROOM:
All of your personal goods can be conveniently placed in the front stateroom.
There is a private head with a shower and an outdoor swim platform shower.
The front stateroom door must remain open/un-locked due to escape hatch.
No need to bring beach towels aboard, we have plenty.
When sunbathing, please place the towel on top cushions due to lotion staining.
When on the bow in transit hold onto light articles such as towels, hats and clothing.
CAPTAIN’S TALK & TOAST:
After a brief tour aboard, there will be a short Captain’s talk that is given on the bow.
A complimentary glass of champagne will be poured for a toast while leaving the dock.
For those under age, a sparkling beverage is available.
Your stewardess will be taking photos throughout the charter that will be shared.
BYO cell phone charger and we recommend keeping phones safe in a basket in the covered aft deck
Complimentary soft drinks, sparkling/flat waters, coffee and tea will be provided.
You are welcome to BYOB and mixers that your stewardess will happily serve.
No need to bring a cumbersome heavy cooler, just use our large electric cooler.
We have ample refrigerators, freezers & multiple icemakers with acrylic stemware.
Sorry, no red wine allowed due to staining, but Rose is fine.
Your meal will be served on a linen seascape table decorated with mariner compass yacht designer dishes, with gold embedded utensils and linen napkins.
No need to bring any paper or plastic serving items.
Please convey to the Captain if you have any allergies or medical conditions.
MUSIC & DÉCOR:
We live u to our theme, “Our Yacht, Your Way” & encourage you to set the ambience.
We can easily connect your phone over our surround sound system inside and out.
We encourage decorating with balloons & a banner to personalize your celebration.
Cigarettes & cigars are allowed only on the aft deck with an ashtray.
Use of any marijuana products or recreational drugs are illegal & will end the charter
You will be cruising calm waters in Three Mile Harbor, Gardiner’s Bay & the Peconic.
Sun worshippers can bathe in the sun on bow bed cushions anytime aboard.
Shade lovers can sit in the covered aft round-table in chairs that rock and swivel.
The bridge is covered and has a double bed sun pad for napping.
The Captain will happily share his yachting knowledge with any interested guests
Feel free to retreat to the salon or forward stateroom that is air-conditioned.
The may even share his hat for a photo shoot sitting at the helm.
Expect to be treated like royalty.
