   BOARDING PROCEDURES:

•   Embarks from Sag Harbor Village dock, 1 Long Wharf Drive, Sag Harbor NY 11963 

•   By the water taxi on the left side of the wharf, 60' from the windmill

• The vessel commutes from Shelter Island

• Crew will assist unloading your car

• We recommend being dropped off or allow extra time for public parking (read signs)

• Wear boat shoes

• Please advise if you have any physically challenged guest(s)

 

  Note:  Please text your Captain when you are 10 minutes prior to ETA for assistance to unload and be escorted on board.

  We always depart and bring you back to the same spot/dock.

  If you wish to stay on Shelter Island beyond the 4 hours we can drop you off there & you then can Uber or Taxi

  WEATHER/CANCELATION POLICY:
 We have a no-rain & small craft advisory policy, so we do not set sail if it is currently raining, or imminent rain forecast. We obviously      care about your safety, so we'll not set sail in inclement weather & during any small craft advisory.  We generally make those decisions    2-hours before sailing time. If our    captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will      have the option to reschedule & receive rain date for a period of 28 months. This allows you 3 summer seasons to reschedule.  We will    apply your payment & you will receive that credit to sail again.

 

  Once a client books a boat, we notify all subsequent inquiries that “the boat is taken & unavailable. For this reason, we do not offer any    refund on cancellations. If you cancel a reservation up to 90 days before your sail date, wendo allow a no-cost change date.  Inclement    weather as stated above is the sole reason for any cancellation.

   

   DEPOSIT POLICY:
   Full payment is due at booking. Dates/times can be changed when you notify us     in wring of your request > 90 days before sailing          date.  If booking in January, February or March we we allow 50% deposit these months.
