   Due to high demand, we must depart at these times in June, July, August,

  and on weekends. Note on weekdays, there is more flexibility with times.

• Local fuel around Shelter Island, but Montauk is 35 miles, an extra fee

• Licensed professional captain and crew

• Ice and bottled water

   

  NOT INCLUDED:

•   Food, liquor and mixes

•   Industry average crew tip ranges 20-30% and is paid in cash or EFT

         to the captain who divides it

•   Transient fee per hour to be picked-up at a different location

   BOARDING PROCEDURES & ADDRESS:

•  Embarks from Sag Harbor Village dock, 1 Long Wharf Dr., Sag Harbor 

•  By the water taxi on the left side of the wharf, 60' from the windmill

• The vessel commutes from Shelter Island

• Crew will assist unloading your car

• We recommend UBER or allow extra time for public parking (read signs)

• Wear boat shoes

• Please advise if you have any physically challenged guest(s)

  NOTE:  

• After booking, you will be given your crew contact info

• Feel free to keep in touch with your stewardess via text for any concerns

• Captains pick up and drop off guests from the same location. 

• If guests wish to stay at a destination beyond the selected charter length, they can request to be dropped off there, and are then responsible to arrange transportation, back to their car, or home.

  DEPOSIT POLICY:

  Full payment is due at booking. Dates/times can be changed when you notify us in writing of your request >30 days    before sailing date. This will allow uis time to sell your original slot to someone else.   

 

  WEATHER/CANCELATION POLICY:

  Weather is inconsistent, with many "passing showers" so for that reason we have a     no persistent rain & small          craft advisory policy, so we do not set sail if it is     consistently raining, or a forecast constant rain > 15 minutes is      imminent in the forecast.

 

 We obviously care about your safety, so we'll not set sail in unsafe weather & during any small craft advisory.  We   will generally make those decisions 2-hours before sailing time. If our captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will have the option to receive a rain date for a period of 28 months.   This allows you 3 seasons to reschedule.  We will apply your payment & you will receive that credit to sail again   within the next 28   months.

 

 Once a client books a boat, we notify all subsequent inquiries that “the boat is unavailable and taken, so for this       reason, we do not offer any refund on cancellations. If you cancel a reservation greater than 30 days away, we do       allow a no-cost change of date. Inclement weather as stated above is the sole reason for a cancellation.​
