Industry average crew tip ranges from 15-30% and is paid in cash or EFT to the captain who divides it equally

DEPOSIT:

If the departure date is >120 days away, 50% is due at booking and 50% due by April 1.
Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days.
Once booked, the boat is taken off the market and is 100% yours
No-cost changing dates is only allowed if & when we find a replacement party to take your day.

Note: Please text your Captain when you are 10 minutes prior to ETA for assistance to unload & be escorted on board.

We always depart and bring you back to the same spot/dock.

If you wish to stay on Shelter Island beyond the 4 hours we can drop you off there & you then can Uber or Taxi

WEATHER:

Full payment is due at booking when departure date is within 120 days.

We have a no-rain & small craft advisory policy, so we do not set sail if it’s currently raining, or imminent rain forecast.

We obviously care about your safety, so we will not set sail in inclement weather and during any small craft advisory.

We generally make those decisions 2-hours before sailing time. If our captain decides not to set sail that day, due to rain or if a small craft advisory is in effect, you will have the option to reschedule & receive rain date thru May 5, 2022.

We will apply your payment & you will receive that credit to sail again
